The 2009 model M80 has undergone a few minor changes... with great impact.

The pat. pending SAI 'Gas Seal' now has a small pertruding part that is to be positioned in one of the groves of the standard A2 flas hider.

- This ensures that the flash hider always 'grabs' the gas seal - and in effect gives an even more reliable and faster mount.

Also new baffles have been designed.

The new baffles have better overall suppressing  performance - of both sound and flash - and it drains water more easily.

The M80 is fitted with the SAI 'Lock & Twist' quick attach module, that allows for mounting the suppressor in just seconds - without using any tools. For safety reasons the quick mounting system has a build in locking spring that must be activated in order to dismount / loosen the suppressor.

- optimized for range use, night time shooting and 'green army' use;

The very short version M80 CQS

(close quarter suppressor)

- Designed for close quarter combat situations by Special Forces and specialized police units.

Available in 40mm or 50mm.

The CQS 50 is most widely in use - with personal 'Protection Teams' / VIP protection units, using very short carbine rifles in and from vehicles.
